Today, as Director of the career services office at a local state university and through Fuller Career Consulting, Rose combines her natural intuition with strategic vision to help people across generations navigate their career journeys. Her approach goes beyond resume writing and interview prep—she sees each person as a whole human being with unique strengths, values, and aspirations that deserve to be honored in their work life.
What sets Rose apart is her ability to see patterns and possibilities that others might miss. As a Global Career Development Facilitator and Certified Career Services Provider with a Masters in Human Services and Counseling from DePaul University, she brings both credentials and creativity to every interaction. Her certifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and as an Integrative Enneagram practitioner aren't just tools in her toolkit—they're windows into understanding how people are wired and what environments help them thrive.
