Rose Fuller

Rose Fuller has been in the career consulting field for over 20 years. Her strengths lie in being highly intuitive, an excellent communicator, a creative problem-solver, and a strategic visionary.

A Global Career Development Facilitator and Certified Career Services Provider, Rose brings extensive years’ experience counseling university students and professionals across generations, as well as creating and managing teams and programs. Rose earned her Masters of Education in Human Services and Counseling from DePaul University in Chicago as well as her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Rose is a lifelong learner and always excited to bring new techniques to her private practice. As a member of the National Career Development Association (NCDA) she has stayed informed about current trends and best practices in the career services world. Additionally, Rose is a skilled facilitator in the Myers-Brigg Type Indicator and a certified Integrative Enneagram practitioner.

Currently, she serves as the Director of a career services office at a local state university. Her experience building employer partnerships and serving the student body and beyond have solidified her expertise in helping people realize their career potential. She also volunteers with the Greater Naples Chamber and is a member of the Leadership Collier class of 2023.

When Rose isn’t working, she’s possibly on the sports sidelines watching her teenagers, most likely walking her Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, maybe on a boat in the Gulf of Mexico, perhaps thrifting at her favorite shops, or sharing a meal with members from her church.
