Rose Fuller knows what it's like to watch someone you love face the "what now?" of life after college. Twenty years ago, she navigated her own major career pivot and found her calling helping others find theirs. Since then, she has guided hundreds of college seniors, recent graduates, and career transitions from uncertainty to a job and career path they feel good about, the kind of outcome every parent hopes for.
As the former Director of a university career services office in southwest Florida, Rose led career programming for a campus of 16,000-plus students, so she knows firsthand what students need and where the traditional system often falls short. Today she brings that same practitioner depth directly to families through Fuller Career Consulting, offering the personalized coaching and attention a busy career center often can't.
She holds an M.Ed. in Counseling from DePaul University, is certified in MBTI and the Integrative Enneagram, and holds GCDF, CCSP, and FCD Instructor credentials.
