For Parents & Students

The career conversation you can't have at the dinner table.

Watching your college-aged child navigate what's next is hard — especially when they've stopped taking your advice. Rose becomes the trusted outside voice: a credentialed career professional who partners with your young adult, gives them the tools and clarity they need, and takes the pressure off the parent-child dynamic.

For parents

You've done the hard part. Let us help with what's next.

You've spent eighteen-plus years preparing your child for this moment. But the leap from student to professional isn't one you can make for them — and often, it's not one they'll let you help with directly.

That's where we come in. Investing in career coaching is investing in the return your family has been building toward: the degree used well, the confident first step, the launch that actually sticks.

What we hear from parents

The concerns behind the conversation.

"They don't know what they want to do."

Undeclared, undecided, or drifting between majors — we help your child move from confusion to clarity through targeted assessments and structured self-discovery, not more well-meaning advice from the dinner table.

"Graduation is coming fast."

Junior and senior year move quickly. We build a realistic plan — internships, applications, interviews — so your student walks across the stage with a strategy and, ideally, an offer already in hand.

"They won't listen to me — but they need help."

A neutral, credentialed professional changes the dynamic. Rose becomes the trusted outside voice, so career conversations at home can go back to being about family, not pressure.

"I want this to be their journey, not mine."

Every engagement is built around the student. Parents stay informed with appropriate updates; the work — the decisions, the effort, the ownership — stays with your young adult, where it belongs.

Who we work with

Meeting students where they are.

High school seniors & gap-year

Choosing a major, weighing schools, or exploring alternatives to a traditional four-year path. We help your teen make a decision they actually understand — not one they inherit.

College underclassmen

Freshmen and sophomores exploring majors and identifying internships that align with their strengths and interests, so upperclass years build momentum instead of scrambling to catch up.

Juniors & seniors

The 'From Campus to Career' window. Heavy focus on preparation: professional materials, mock interviews, targeted outreach, and a search strategy that starts 4-6 months before graduation.

Recent grads (0-3 years out)

First job that isn't the right fit? Trying to pivot early? We help new professionals reset intentionally — before a series of near-misses turns into a career narrative that's hard to explain.

How it works

From campus to career, with a strategy in hand.

Sessions are organized around three core phases, each building on the last. The process is flexible by design; some areas move quickly, others require more time. Pace is determined by the client's needs — not a fixed schedule.

Phase I

Discovery & Clarity

The foundation of any successful transition is self-knowledge. This phase uses targeted assessments and structured reflection to help clients understand their personality, interests, values, and transferable skills. Clients leave with a clear picture of what they do well, what energizes them, and what they need from their next role.

Phase II

Exploration & Direction

With that foundation in place, the focus shifts to identifying real, viable options. This phase connects a client's profile to specific career paths, industries, and types of organizations where they would genuinely thrive. The outcome is a defined direction, not a list of maybes.

Phase III

Preparation & Strategy

The final phase gets clients ready to move. This includes professional materials, positioning, and a practical approach to the search itself. Clients leave prepared to present themselves with confidence and pursue opportunities with a clear strategy in hand.
