"Combine unwavering hope with intentional action, because dreams without plans remain wishes."
Twenty years ago, Rose Fuller discovered something that would reshape not only her own career trajectory but countless others: the profound impact of helping people find their true calling. What began as her own career transition journey evolved into a passion that has guided her work ever since.
Rose's path wasn't traditional. Like many of the professionals she now counsels, she experienced her own pivotal career change — one that taught her firsthand the challenges, fears, and ultimate rewards of pursuing meaningful work. That personal transformation gives her an authentic understanding of what it feels like to stand at a career crossroads, questioning everything you thought you knew about your professional identity.
Formerly the Director of the career services office at a local state university and now through Fuller Career Consulting, Rose works on two tracks that reinforce each other. She guides individual professionals across generations through the full arc of career development, and she designs and leads facilitated experiences that help organizations, teams, and university communities build the programs and cultures where meaningful careers can grow.
Her group facilitation work has brought together hundreds of participants across leadership trainings, employer partnerships, career development workshops, and professional development programs. She sees the same truth in both settings: people do their best work when someone helps them see their own patterns and possibilities more clearly.
Rose believes deeply in the power of lifelong learning, constantly seeking new techniques through her memberships in the National Career Development Association and the National Association of Colleges and Employers. Her community involvement includes the Greater Naples Chamber and Leadership Collier's class of 2023.
Whether working with uncertain college students, mid-career professionals seeking change, executives making their next move, or organizational teams ready to invest in their people — Rose brings the same energy to every conversation: genuine excitement about human potential.
